I applied online after talking with campus recruiter. Phone interview was next, with basic behavioral questions and a few unique ones. I suggest going on the open houses they have (which I did not do).

Behavioral

The interview process was entirely behavior-based. No technical or difficult questions were asked. All questions were either resume-based or asked me to elaborate on my resume. They did ask one curveball question where there's no right or wrong answer, they just want to hear your thought process.

  • Can you share an experience of working in a team?
  • Can you elaborate on your resume?
  • Tell me more about your background as listed on your resume.
