I had two interviews, then they just ghosted me without a rejection or anything. The first one was with a recruiter, no technical stuff, just talked about soft skills and the role. The second one had someone from the team who asked some technical questions and a few basic SQL questions.

It started with a recruiter call, then a hiring manager interview, and we finished with a panel interview. The panel interview was with three people from totally different departments. It was weird because none of them could explain what they or their departments actually did. They also seemed really distracted and weren't paying much attention. Aside from that, the interview was pretty easy and mostly behavioral.
