The process had some standard questions that were tricky because you really needed to have experienced the exact situation they were asking about. For instance, I tried to give a conceptual answer for one, but they pressed for a specific example from my past experience, which I hadn't actually had. Other than that, it was pretty standard. I spoke with several members of the team.
