Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at UPMC.
Administrative Coordinator
Had a phone interview first, and then an in-person one. Each department did their own interviews. I met with a panel of people from the division. It was a bit nerve-wracking with so many people in the room, but it was a good way to get a feel for the management team.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Project Coordinator
The interview wasn't directly related to the Project Coordinator position. They asked a lot of random questions about hobbies and future plans. They also mentioned that the role actually involved more duties than what was listed in the job description.
- Regarding technology, have you used SharePoint before?
Project Coordinator
I had an interview with two managers and then a cultural fit interview with several members of the department. The questions were relevant to the position and I didn't feel unprepared for any.
- What aspect of this role are you most looking forward to?
