I applied for an internship and submitted a video interview. The whole process took a very long time. They take a long time to consider applicants and then send a rejection. It's not fair to people. They should at least take the time to say they don't want you, especially after I spent time filling out all their requirements. I won't apply to them again, and I hope others who had the same experience won't either.

I spoke with 5 people for more than 5 hours in total, with each conversation lasting about 45 minutes. Some parts were behavioral interviews. For the others, they wanted to see if I knew what they were working on and if I was interested. It's a good idea to check out each employer and their work before you talk to them to have a good conversation.

The hiring process started with general questions on their website. If you passed this round they scheduled you for a Zoom meeting with a past intern and then with several current higher-ranking employees. If you passed this part of the interview you were offered an in-person interview at one of their locations.
