I did the video-interview first, then had a panel with managers at UPMC, and then went to the final-round. It was pretty chill and they asked me to explain a technical skill that I listed on my resume.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

There were 3 interview steps in total. The first was with the team lead, the second with the team lead and the Director of the team, and the third with the CFO of the entire department. It’s a shame because the interviews went really well, to the point where I thought I was going to get an offer. After I talked to the CFO, I was told I would get a response soon. You would figure that even if I didn’t get the offer, I would get some kind of courtesy call or email to tell me that I didn’t get the position. And I would have liked to know why so I can avoid making any similar mistake in the future, but I had to find out by myself going to the job application page. I sent an email to ask why I was removed out of consideration for the job and received no response. The interview process itself was great and comfortable, but the post-interview response is an overall downer.

Applied on the UPMC website and then got an email to set up a phone interview for the next week. The phone interview was pretty formal and had standard interview questions. Then, the following week, I had an in-person interview which had more of the same standard interview questions. I felt the in-person interview went well, and they said I'd hear back within 2 weeks. But about a week later, I saw my application was removed from consideration the same day as my in-person interview. It's weird I wasn't told right away if they decided that day. I emailed the interviewer to thank them and ask for advice on how to improve, but never got a reply.
