Senior Software Engineer
So the interview process is pretty standard, multiple rounds. It starts with a recruiter call, then a call with the hiring manager. After that, there's a technical phone round. The final stage is a multi-round interview that includes Data Structure and Algorithm questions, questions specific to your domain like Android or iOS, system design, and behavioral questions. It wraps up with a call with 3 managers and then HR for salary negotiations.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Associate
The interview process had 3 rounds: a virtual chat, a chat with a colleague, and a chat with the manager. All the people were nice. Make sure you come prepared to ask them questions. They used the STAR method for behavioral questions. No technical questions were asked during the process. It was pretty chill overall. They use Teams for the interviews, which makes it pretty easy.
- Could you start by telling me about yourself?
- Can you share an example of a mistake you made?
Sustainability Professional
First, you submit your application. Then, there's a Recruiter Call where they'll give you an overview of the role and the company, ask some basic questions about why you applied, and get more details on your experience and salary expectations. After that, you'll have an Interview with the Manager to discuss the department more, go over some role-specific questions, and it's more of a fit test. Then comes the Panel Round, which involves 3-4 separate interviews meeting with different people you'd be working with, all of whom are senior. These interviews focus on situational and behavioral questions specific to the role's responsibilities. Finally, the recruiter will reach out with the result.
- Can you describe how you work with different teams on sustainability issues?
- Tell me about a time you initiated a positive change and what happened as a result.
Analyst
The interview process was quite lengthy. I had two calls with the hiring manager, one at the beginning and one at the end. Then I met with five other team members to see how I'd fit in. The questions they asked were mostly standard and pretty easygoing. I did get an offer, but they gave me a short deadline to decide, and I had another offer with better benefits. I was a bit worried about the role's stability and some of the news I'd seen about the company's performance. It's probably not a terrible place to work, but I do have some concerns about how stable it is.
- Tell me about yourself and your experience.
- Why are you interested in this role?
- Describe a time you faced a challenge and how you overcame it.
