The interview process had a few stages but it all moved really fast. Everyone from interviewers to HR was super nice and always got back to me quickly, really valuing my time. First, there was this online thing where I had to record myself answering questions on my own schedule. The hiring committee then looked at my answers. The questions were pretty standard interview stuff like 'what are your strengths?' and 'why this job?'. It felt a bit weird, but it's a convenient way for them to get to know you. Next up was a live interview on the same platform with one or a few people, lasting about an hour. I felt the questions were more relaxed, mainly asking about my experience and why I wanted the job, plus some situation-based questions. I got feedback really fast after that, like within a day, though I'm sure that can change depending on how many people are interviewing, where you are in the line-up, and the hiring schedule. Lastly, I went for the on-site interview. I met with several different managers/directors from various departments back-to-back, each for a short chat. The questions and overall feel varied a bit with each person. Most were similar to the online live interview, more like a casual chat about my experience, why I picked this role, why Under Armour specifically, and my long-term career plans. These questions should be pretty straightforward by this point since you've likely thought about them a lot. This part also had a skills assessment. I can't share details about that because of confidentiality and respecting the interview process. It was one of my first big interviews, so I messed up a few things, and even though I didn't get an offer, it was a fantastic learning opportunity!

It was long and sometimes unorganized. I went long amounts of time without response between interview stages. They were great people when I was interviewed by actual employees. Unfortunately I did not get an offer, however most upset by the lack of feedback for improvement.
