I got an interview opportunity for Underarmour and set the interview time with the HR manager, but the system sent a decline letter, which was confusing. Other than that, the interview proceeded smoothly and the results came out quite quickly.

This was the weirdest interview process ever. I applied for a REP job but got an email a month later for a video interview for Brand Ambassador. Then, three weeks later, they wanted to fly me out to Baltimore for the Brand Ambassador/REP role. Twenty of us flew out, confused because most of us hadn't spoken to anyone before the video interview. The two-day trip included mingling with senior Under Armour people, which was good because they paid attention to us. The next day had panel interviews (one candidate with 2-3 employees) and a group presentation. They said we'd know within a week. I got rejected by an automated email over five weeks later. Some hires had "Band Embassador" titles, and one had no relevant experience. They didn't hire former D1 athletes or those with sports backgrounds, so I'm unsure what they wanted. The lack of response after flying us out was appalling and unprofessional.

The process was straightforward with 3 parts. We started with a virtual one-way interview, then a phone call, and finally a physical interactive round with a group of candidates and interviewers. The last round was the most intimidating.
