I applied by walking into the store and filling out a form. I then interviewed directly with the manager, or I had to wait if she wasn't available. Mostly, the questions were about handling customers and customer service, like how to present and greet customers, standard retail stuff.

The whole thing took a while, over 8 weeks from when I applied until the end. The pay and bonus were a letdown. It was pretty chill though. Some on the panel had questions ready, others just winged it.
