The onsite experience itself was great, but the talent acquisition specialist really dropped the ball. I found out from a friend over a month after my interview that the job was already filled internally. This specialist, who kept pushing me to respond quickly, completely ignored my emails both before and after the interview, even though I was trying to prep and find out about next steps. He gave me his number but then ignored my calls and wouldn't even let me leave a voicemail. It's wild that HR would teach this, and it's just sad that my referral worried they'd have to tell me because sometimes HR doesn't inform applicants. But, aside from that, my onsite interviews at Under Armour HQ in Baltimore were really pleasant. I had 5 interviews over 4-5 hours with mostly managers from finance and someone from the business unit I'd be supporting. Most questions focused on my past experiences and asked for examples like 'tell me about a time when'.

I applied online on UA's website and then filled out a Google form. After that, I had a recorded online interview where I answered questions and my responses were recorded for later review. If I passed that, I would then move on to more interviews over the phone or Skype with people in the group I applied for.

After applying, it took about two months to get the initial HR phone screening. HR then set up the interview with the hiring manager two days later. After that interview, it took two weeks to hear back that they found someone more experienced, but thought I was a cultural fit for the company.
