Senior Software Engineer
So the interview process is pretty standard, multiple rounds. It starts with a recruiter call, then a call with the hiring manager. After that, there's a technical phone round. The final stage is a multi-round interview that includes Data Structure and Algorithm questions, questions specific to your domain like Android or iOS, system design, and behavioral questions. It wraps up with a call with 3 managers and then HR for salary negotiations.

Software Engineer
I applied online and a recruiter got back to me right away to set up a call with the hiring manager. The first interview was a phone call where the manager talked about my background and the role. Then, I had another phone interview with a senior engineer who asked more about my past work and experience to see if I was a good fit. After that, I got a take-home coding project that I had to finish in under 4 days and present at my onsite interviews. The onsite day included 4 panel interviews and a lunch with managers and senior engineers. I heard back about the offer in 2-3 days. The whole process was really positive, everyone I spoke with was helpful.

Software Engineer
I had a phone chat with the recruiter. She asked me about programming projects I've done and if I had experience with web analytics. The recruiter was nice but mentioned they were looking for someone with experience in specific web analytics tech, frameworks, testing automation, and the programming languages Under Armour uses for web dev. She said she'd connect me with the hiring manager but never did.
