Sales
The interview was great. The recruiter was nice, professional, and prepared, making it a smooth and engaging conversation. They went into detail about the role, like daily tasks and what's expected, which helped me see how I'd fit. I also got asked good questions about my experience and how I'd handle things, which was a good chance to show what I can do. It felt positive and comfortable, making it easy to talk openly.
- Can you tell me about your experience that's relevant to this role?
- What are your thoughts on how you would handle various situations that might come up?
Software Engineer
It was a 45 min online interview with a recruiter. They started with a typical CSR skills/language test. Then, they gave me another small task where I had to write an email responding to a fake customer. The only thing is they took almost 2 months to reply after I applied.
- Can you share a memorable customer interaction?
- What are your thoughts on communication and self-organization when working remotely?
Customer Service Representative
The recruiter reached out to me, stating my profile might be a good fit, and I was invited to both an assessment and an interview. I did a lot of prep, and the interview went well – the interviewer was pretty open and conversational, and even said I was engaging and talkative. But then I got rejected with feedback that my background and experience weren’t a strong match. While I appreciated how professional they were during the interview, it felt like the process wasn’t really aligned with my actual profile, giving the impression that my time could have been used more efficiently.
- What do you know about the company?
- How do you envision your professional growth?
- Describe how you would manage specific client situations.
Sales Operations Manager
The interview was easy for someone like me. The interviews were impressive until I was told the next step and they would share feedback the same day because they were impressed by my profile. It wasn't a real promise though, just silence, then the position was on hold, and then I was told I wasn't suitable without any feedback. I was hesitant about the move, and now I would never recommend such a company to anyone.
- Can you describe what constructive feedback is?
