Applied online and then submitted my resume and application when called for the interview. In the interview, there was an initial one-on-one concentrating on my personal background, reason for my application, and strengths and weaknesses. First exam, skill set and IQ and then language or speech via phone. Another one-on-one, this time more of determining capabilities, attitude, and behavior. A panel interview was the final round to establish if you have leadership potential.
