First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at TTEC.
Customer Support
The interview experience was good and quite easy to moderate. The questions and pattern were easy. The interviewer was friendly and the questions were fine. Good English is required to crack the interview. Even the first round was easy.
- Can you describe your life experiences?
Customer Support
First there was a test that lasted about an hour, covering things like English Grammar and problem-solving. If you passed that, you'd then be invited to schedule the next round, which was with HR.
- Tell me about yourself, focusing more on your family background.
- What makes you think you're the best fit for this position?
- Would you be open to relocating?
Call Center Agent
It was a phone interview done in a group/panel format. It was pretty hectic since there were always one or two people on speakerphone with background noise like TVs, music, kids, and dogs. Some people also constantly interrupted with questions.
- How would you respond in this situation?
- What action would you take if faced with this scenario?
