It's a pretty long and detailed process. The interviewer was really nice and attentive. You'll get evaluated, and then go through the interview steps. After that, if they offer you the job, you'll just need to finish up some paperwork and do a drug test.

The process could have been clearer, setting expectations upfront would be good. First impressions matter, and it would be better if managers and interviewers were on time and focused more on the candidate experience. Leaders were great at explaining the company, but need to focus more on the front end.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. TeleTech's website is user-friendly, allowing for easy job applications, browsing openings, and accessing skill-building resources. I had two phone interviews, each about an hour long, after which I received a job offer. We went over all aspects of the role and my duties.
