I had been working at revana for a short while as an outbound sales rep. I was really interested in a training position. When I first started at revana, they talked about hiring from within. Most places say that and dont. They had me do a 15 minute presentation on a topic of my choice. Then I had to explain why I chose that and why it was relevent. So far I love my job. Everyone I have met at revana is amazing. You really create your own experience here.

My first interview was a phone call with someone from Human Capital, they were really nice and personable. I know that nowadays they do panel interviews and presentations as part of the process. I personally didn't have to go through those stages, but I have been on the panel myself before.

The interview process went great. It gave me enough time to develop as a regular service agent for 1 year, and it provided the opportunity to all the agents. I of course started as an advocate and the interview process went well. Then the trainer position came along and I felt I developed a lot in a year.
