It's a 3 phase interview process, with a supervisor, manager, and director. They asked about my background and what I could bring to the table, plus some technical stuff and my career goals.

The job spec was more for a Sales Team Lead role but it turned out to be for BDR. The interviewers were very nice and I felt comfortable during the steps. The questions were very basic. First chat with the Recruiter. First interview with Team Manager and Operation Manager in October. Second Step: Assessment done in November, I got rejected at the beginning of December but they said it was a mistake. Third Step: Assessment Discussion with the same Interviewers. Outcome received on 5th January after asking many times, no feedback provided. During the process I felt I was doing well, but there was some mess in the process. For a TL role I have been pending more than 2 months.

So I sent in my resume and heard back from a recruiter within a couple of days. We chatted about the job and my background, and she was super nice, even giving me some pointers about the operations manager and what to expect. But when I met the operations manager, she came off as annoyed from the start. She sat down, arms crossed the entire time, which felt like a bad sign. I'm currently a customer service supervisor and looking for new opportunities. She asked about my morning routine. I mentioned spending the first 15 minutes greeting my team and checking in. Her immediate response was concern about my ability to handle a team lead's workload, which made me think they're too focused on numbers and not on people. The whole conversation felt uncomfortable, like I was an inconvenience. I decided to leave and emailed the recruiter right after, explaining it wasn't a good fit and suggesting they look for other candidates better suited for that environment.
