Technical Support Representative
So first there's like this initial interview, they just wanna verify the info on your resume, then you do an online registration, then you have to do a voice recording. After that, it's a 2-hour online exam that covers grammar, vocabulary, customer service simulations, and technical support questions. Finally, there's the last interview, and if you're applying for CSR, they give you like 7 situational questions and you have to answer them using your experience, the solution you came up with, and what happened after.
