Behavioral Technical Case Other

TTEC's interview process for CSRs looks at your customer service abilities, problem-solving skills, and if you're a good fit. They'll ask basic questions like 'Tell me about yourself,' plus behavioral questions about dealing with tough customers or mistakes. You'll also do situational judgment tests, like mock calls or chats, and skills assessments for typing and grammar. They want to know about your experience, what you're good at, what you're not so good at, your future plans, and how you cope with stress or hard tasks when you're dealing with customers, especially for remote positions.

You start by submitting your resume and filling out an online application. You can add a cover letter if you like. You'll get a confirmation right away. If your application looks good, a recruiter will call you for a quick phone interview. They'll ask about your background, if you're a good fit, your availability, and what you expect to make. People say this part is easy and friendly. Then, you'll have a main interview, either online or in person. Usually, it's with a hiring manager and another leader. Be ready for questions about situations you've faced and using the STAR method (Tell me about a time when...). They want to see your confidence and that you have a customer service mindset.

Behavioral Technical

The recruiter reached out to me, stating my profile might be a good fit, and I was invited to both an assessment and an interview. I did a lot of prep, and the interview went well – the interviewer was pretty open and conversational, and even said I was engaging and talkative. But then I got rejected with feedback that my background and experience weren’t a strong match. While I appreciated how professional they were during the interview, it felt like the process wasn’t really aligned with my actual profile, giving the impression that my time could have been used more efficiently.
