First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at TTEC.
Insurance Agent
It was a group interview with multiple people, and everyone heard each other's answers. We spent most of the time in a breakout room waiting. The main thing they cared about was if you could work 6am-2am, 7 days a week. If you passed the exams, you were good to go.
- Are you available to work from 6 AM to 2 AM, seven days a week?
Insurance Agent
It was a super simple and direct interview. We had a Zoom call that went for about 90 minutes. They talked to everyone briefly and asked about sales skills. Then, they put us in breakout rooms to talk about company culture, the role, what to expect, and what they offer.
- Could you tell me about your years of sales experience?
Insurance Agent
The interview was a group session on Zoom with just three questions, pretty much the same for everyone. I usually get nervous in interviews, but I totally nailed this one. The whole process wasn't super fast, but the actual Zoom interview part took less than five minutes per person. They put you through a two-week paid training, and after you pass the exam, you'll get another offer letter. I don't start until August 30, so I can't share more details. Just to be clear, I began training in June, which gives you an idea of how long it takes to actually get started.
- What makes you want to work in the health insurance field?
- What methods do you use to keep yourself motivated?
- Are you comfortable with the idea of upselling?
