First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at TTEC.
Business Analyst
For the Business Analyst role, we do a resume screen, then a quick chat with HR. After that, there's a technical test, and then a few rounds of interviews. These interviews will check your analytical skills, how you solve problems, your knowledge of the business area, and how you handle talking to different people.
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself and your career aspirations for the next five years?
Systems Analyst
The HR recruiter was good at setting up interviews but couldn't answer my questions about the job. I had a phone chat with HR, then met 3 people the same day, which was nice. The hiring manager asked about my skills and experience for the role. Then, I met with someone doing the same job and a director to see if I'd be a good personality fit. The office itself is pretty, modern and clean. Dress code is standard, no jeans except Fridays, and everyone was dressed smart-casual. You should wear a suit for the interview. This company likes to get a lot done with small teams, so be sure to mention how you get work done, handle multiple tasks, and that you want to work for a multinational company.
- How do you handle people who are difficult?
Business Analyst
The process was very short because the recruiter started with a question on the salary - she assumed my experience might not be a good match and just cut to the salary expectations which were not suitable, but thank you for being straightforward at the very beginning of the recruitment process. I need to add that the offered money was really not what I expected and not what would be expected for the market in Warsaw... a bit disappointed.
- The recruiter asked about my salary expectations right at the start.
