I applied and was eligible to take an assessment. After that, I was invited to do a HireVue interview, which was pretty straightforward. About a week later, I had a 15-minute phone interview, and after that call, I was offered a chance to meet with the managers at the office. I'm still waiting to hear back, but my application is still active, so I'm hopeful.

Applied to the job the day it was listed and got a questionnaire for eligibility. After completing it and being deemed eligible, I received a HireVue invite. I finished the HireVue on Friday night. It had 5 questions, with 2 retakes for each. Felt like I did well. Sunday morning, which is ZERO business days later, I got a rejection email. I was excited that a fundamental role had an assessment to show myself beyond just my resume, but it seems they aren't even watching these. I'm so tired man, I can't do this anymore... Questions below, God speed friends.

I was really hoping for more from this company. The job seemed like a perfect match, and I was super excited. I went through 4 interviews and then got ghosted. Three of the interviews were scheduled together, and it didn't matter if I did well in one to get to the next. This really annoyed me, felt like a waste of everyone's time. The communication was terrible the whole time. The recruiter kept making excuses for rescheduling the phone screen. The hiring manager didn't even bother to reply to my email asking about the job. The whole thing was so disorganized and unprofessional, it was pretty bad. The team members had a hard time explaining why they liked working there, beyond just the 'good benefits,' so I might have accidentally avoided a bad work environment.

After an initial phone screen, I went through five 30-minute Zoom interviews with different employers, which were often rescheduled and caused some confusion. Then, I had two-hour in-person interviews with four other employers. Despite being told when to expect feedback, I had to chase them for a response. After emailing them, I found out they went with someone else. The director mentioned a lot of internal candidates during one of the Zoom interviews, making me feel like I wouldn't get the job. It was disappointing to invest so much time and go through a total of ten interviews without getting an offer.
