I interviewed in Jan 2024 for an Analyst role. My experience was okay, interviewers had technical experience, but the job description didn't mention any technical skills. The interviewers also seemed untrained and it was unorganized. First, the recruiter emailed me with questions about hybrid work and visa status. After I followed up a week later, I had an initial phone screen with the recruiter who asked basic questions about my background, why I wanted to work for the company, visa status, relocation willingness, and interview availability. Then, I had a virtual interview with two technical interviewers. It started with 'tell me about yourself,' followed by project and experience questions, then a few behavioral questions. After that, there were technical questions about programming languages and databases. I didn't move forward, but the next round was likely with the Senior Manager.
