So, for this role, we've got a few rounds lined up. You'll chat with your direct manager, then the overall leader, and also some potential external partners. It's mostly behavioral stuff, but we'll also get into specifics about territory management and wholesaling. We're really looking for someone who's driven and a solid team player.

Behavioral Technical

Started with an initial interview with the HR manager, followed by a Technical Phone Interview, and then a full-day onsite interview. The onsite interviews were 30 minutes each, running from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM with a 1-hour lunch break. One interviewer didn't show up. The hiring manager, who had just returned from Nevada, was exhausted and not really in a state to interview.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

There were a few video calls with different people on the team, and then an in-person meeting with the folks you'd be working with directly. It felt pretty laid-back and chatty, though they asked some of the same things over and over. They took a really long time to set up the next interviews.
