I had phone interviews and then they flew me to Baltimore for two separate days of interviews at their office. They asked behavioral questions, questions about the stock market, and some case study-type questions. A big focus was on why I wanted to work at TRP and why I wanted to be in Baltimore. The interviewers were nice and didn't try to stress me out. The process was pretty smooth, but the main thing they care about is if they think you'll fit into the TRP culture.
