The whole thing took over a month, but it was pretty smooth and felt streamlined. There were 4 rounds in total. The first round was all technical. The second round was with the manager, and the third was with the VP, which included both technical stuff and other things. The last round was with HR.

First, you'll be scheduled for a Pre-Screening interview that only took about 10-15 minutes. Then I received an update after 2 days from the Hiring Manager for an onsite interview (Panel Interview and Director Interview). Questions are mostly related on your work ethics and your knowledge about the company and position you're applying for, so do your own research and be prepared. God Bless!

I had a recruiter call for a first basic interview. Then, I had a virtual interview with the director, who thought I was a great fit and wanted a second interview, promising an update by the end of the week. After that, I was completely ghosted. The recruiter ignored my texts and emails. I finally got through by calling and was told they still hadn't decided a week later and would follow up the next Monday. Again, no response. I tried calling several times, but they seemed to screen my calls. It would be nice to have basic decency; if I spend time interviewing, at least let me know if I'm not proceeding, instead of saying yes and then not continuing.
