Brand Manager

Mid Difficult Positive experience Accept offer 5 rounds

So the interview process kicked off with an initial chat with HR. Then, there was a second round that included both HR and the hiring manager. After that, I did a HireVue video interview and tackled a business case, which I sent back via email. The very last step was a more casual chat with someone who would be a future teammate. All in all, the whole thing took about a month, with pretty much one interview or task each week. It was cool how the HR folks seemed to really know their stuff about the role and the industry, which made it easy to get a good handle on the job and its responsibilities right from the start.

Mid Average Negative experience No offer 2 rounds

So the whole process started with a first round which was a video recording where I had to answer three questions, it was pretty straightforward. Then I got rejected initially, but they reached out again and set up a virtual technical interview and an HR interview, back-to-back. Both of them went pretty well, I felt prepared for most of the questions they asked and I even got to ask about the role. The annoying part is that after all that, I got ghosted. Despite sending multiple emails, I never heard back about the outcome, and I ended up finding out from a friend who works there that the job was already filled. That's why I'm not giving a great review.

Sales Graduate

Mid Easy Neutral experience No offer 1 round

Went to the Nestle Sales Graduate Assessment Centre in York. It was an Interview, Group Task, Presentation, and then QnA. The interview was super stiff, felt like Hirevue, no real chat back and forth, supposedly for 'fairness' but prob just to feed it to AI. Group task was kinda fun, though 10 people at once was a bit much logistics-wise. Still a good day overall. The office seemed really nice and friendly, but they seem to want the 'safe' candidates.
