Marketing Trainee
When you look at the situation, you can see that the company might not be actively looking for a trainee profile right now. Also, not getting clear, detailed feedback about the selection process makes it hard for candidates to understand the criteria and grow. This lack of transparency can lead to frustration and demotivation, affecting how candidates feel about the process and the company's image.

Nestlé Marketing Interview Process: First up is Resume Screening where HR checks your experience. Then there's a Phone Screen, which is a quick chat about your skills and motivation. After that, you'll do a Marketing Task, like coming up with a campaign idea or a case study. Next, the Hiring Manager Interview covers both behavioral and technical questions. Then you have a Team Fit Round to meet the team and discuss scenarios. Finally, the Offer stage where HR finalizes the details.
