Mid Average Negative experience No offer 3 rounds

The first stage was a group dynamic with 13 people, lasting 1h50. After that, there were three huge tests, and then an interview with the manager, if there wasn't also a technical case. For an assistant role that doesn't even pay 3 thousand reais! Oh my goodness! What is happening with hiring processes? And this is for a big company. Complicated... it's discouraging to look for a job. I wish processes were more optimized, humane, and focused on what truly matters!

The interview starts with a prep time, both sides getting ready. The interviewer checks questions, and the candidate reviews their resume, the company, and the job. Then, the interview kicks off. The interviewer welcomes the candidate, explains the format, and makes it chill. The candidate introduces themselves, highlighting key skills and experience. Next, specific questions come up, where the interviewer digs into the candidate's work history, skills, how they handle challenges, and successes, asking for practical examples. They might also ask about company values and culture, and how the candidate fits in. The candidate gets to ask questions about the work environment, job expectations, and next steps. To wrap up, the interviewer thanks them and explains what's next. The candidate can reiterate their interest and thank them too, then wait for a response. After the interview, it's common to send a thank-you email to show professionalism and interest.
