Mid Average Positive experience Accept offer 1 round

It was a light get-to-know-you session (covering strengths, weaknesses, and the usual classic questions), followed by a case study involving diagrams and Excel analysis. There were also questions about the food retail sector and Nestlé products, specifically asking to classify product types by their perceived quality on the shelf.

Mid Average Negative experience No offer 1 round

Worst interview process I have ever had. After the CV scanning, I get invited to submit a pre-recorded interview (so without recruiter) in the following 4 days. No response after almost one month and 3 follow-up emails. (In the meanwhile, the recruiter took a vacation). After almost one month, the recruiter tells me that they decided not to proceed with my application and as part of the explanation for it, this is what I got "other applicants were already further in the recruitment process by the time you submitted your interview". This led me to think that they never watched my video and this is highly unprofessional. I have done interviews for other huge companies and I have not been treated like this. Funny enough, when I write to get feedback, I receive an automatic email telling me that the recruiter had gone already on holiday one week in advance

  • What makes you want to work for us?
  • How do you fit the position?
  • Is Nespresso a luxury brand in your opinion?
