Marketing Intern
It was a light get-to-know-you session (covering strengths, weaknesses, and the usual classic questions), followed by a case study involving diagrams and Excel analysis. There were also questions about the food retail sector and Nestlé products, specifically asking to classify product types by their perceived quality on the shelf.
- Tell me about your five strengths and weaknesses and how they impact your work.
- Can you analyze these diagrams and Excel data for me?
- What do you know about the food retail industry?
Marketing Intern
First a quick intro, then they asked specific questions about my experiences and why I want to work in this exact position. Then they wanted to know how I've handled challenges so far and asked for examples of how I work in teams and what role I take.
- Why do you specifically want to work in this position?
- How did you handle challenges in the past?
- Could you give examples of how you collaborate in teams?
Marketing Intern
Worst interview process I have ever had. After the CV scanning, I get invited to submit a pre-recorded interview (so without recruiter) in the following 4 days. No response after almost one month and 3 follow-up emails. (In the meanwhile, the recruiter took a vacation). After almost one month, the recruiter tells me that they decided not to proceed with my application and as part of the explanation for it, this is what I got "other applicants were already further in the recruitment process by the time you submitted your interview". This led me to think that they never watched my video and this is highly unprofessional. I have done interviews for other huge companies and I have not been treated like this. Funny enough, when I write to get feedback, I receive an automatic email telling me that the recruiter had gone already on holiday one week in advance
- What makes you want to work for us?
- How do you fit the position?
- Is Nespresso a luxury brand in your opinion?
