Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Nestlé.
Procurement Intern
Had a casual phone call for the first round, used the STAR method. Everything sounded and seemed really good. They contacted me last minute before the second interview and said they're pausing the hiring process and would let me know when stuff opened up, saying they were really interested in me. Found out months later they hired other people and didn't tell me when positions became available. HR really disappointed me.
- So, what makes you want to work at Nestle?
Procurement Specialist
The interview process was simple, it started with a Talent Acquisition person and then a technical interview. It wasn't hard. But the Talent Acquisition person in Panama was not good. I waited two weeks and messaged them, but they never replied or sent a thank you. I won't apply here again because they were disrespectful.
- What are the main difficulties when you negotiate with suppliers?
Purchasing Assistant
So they messaged me first to let me know what was next. Then I had to do two questionnaires online. After I did those, they asked me to answer four more questions, and I had to record them on video for them to look at.
- Can you introduce yourself? What experience do you have in purchasing?
