Went to the Nestle Sales Graduate Assessment Centre in York. It was an Interview, Group Task, Presentation, and then QnA. The interview was super stiff, felt like Hirevue, no real chat back and forth, supposedly for 'fairness' but prob just to feed it to AI. Group task was kinda fun, though 10 people at once was a bit much logistics-wise. Still a good day overall. The office seemed really nice and friendly, but they seem to want the 'safe' candidates.

So I had like a neutral interview experience with Nestle. It was me and 2 people from HR plus the hiring manager. Everyone was cool and the whole thing took under two weeks. The only thing is, nobody could tell me what territory the job was for until after my third interview, and it didn't work out for me. I feel like that should have been upfront because then I wouldn't have wasted my time or theirs. They did say the benefits were great though!
