Mid Average Negative experience No offer 3 rounds

Went through 3 rounds. First was with HR, then one with the hiring manager at Purina's office in Mississauga. Then a final one with the director, but that was online. The company really pushed to move things along, like asking if I could come in the very next day for an interview after the HR one. But after the last round and despite doing really well and getting great feedback from both the hiring manager and the director, they just ghosted me and didn't respond to any follow-ups.

Mid Average Negative experience No offer 2 rounds

First, I had a quick screening call, like 15 mins, with someone from Talent Acquisition. Then, there was a longer interview, about an hour, with the manager and a senior manager, we did it on Microsoft Teams. Weirdly, the meeting started more than 10 minutes late cuz they had some tech problems. During the interview, the senior manager seemed really distracted and annoyed by the ongoing technical issues. They said they'd get back to me in two weeks, but I didn't hear anything. So I followed up after three weeks, and still nothing. It's been over a month and a half now, so I'm pretty sure they're not gonna reply.

The interview process started with a pre-recorded interview with hirevue, which had about 7 questions. After that, there was an assessment center at Nestlé HQ. This involved 6 HR/Hiring Managers and included: an introduction of yourself for 4 minutes (slides had to be submitted beforehand), a group project with 30 minutes for discussion and a 5-minute presentation to the hiring managers/HR, an individual case study presentation (slides needed to be prepared and submitted in advance), and finally, 3 rounds of 30-minute interviews, each in German, English, and French.
