Intern
It all kicks off with your application and some logic and cultural fit tests online. Nestlé really cares about how you behave, so expect questions checking your values and how you'd handle work situations (situational tests). Pro tip: Be real in personality tests; they're looking for different people and genuineness. For Trainee and Internship programs, this next part is key: group activities (in person or online) where you'll tackle business cases. They're checking if you can team up well (getting along is better than one-upping others), lead with empathy, and come up with new ways to solve problems. The last bit is a chat with the bosses. The go-to method here is STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result). They'll ask about your past experiences to guess how you'll act in the future, like: 'Describe a time you had to sort out a conflict.'
- Could you introduce yourself?
- What motivated you to seek out this opportunity?
QA Intern
the interview process was pretty chill and not super hard. the interviewers asked stuff that was pretty easy to understand, mostly about my background and the job. even though i stuttered a lot when i answered, they were really cool about it and didn't seem bothered at all. they just listened, gave me time to get my thoughts out, and i felt like they got what i was trying to say. i was nervous, but it was a pretty friendly and chill vibe, which helped me relax a bit. it felt more like just chatting than a serious interview.
