Analista Pleno

Business Analyst
I first applied for an accounting officer role and passed the initial interview. Then I met a manager who suggested I apply for the business analyst position. Things were going well until the final round with the HR person. She was rude and kept interrupting me. For instance, at the end when she said to ask anything, I tried to ask if employees could take their laptops home to work when off. But she cut me off and said, 'I know what you want to ask, we only allow people to work from home once a week,' which wasn't my question at all. After three interviews, I followed up with HR, and she said they were still shortlisting candidates and would take time in the coming month. I was quite disappointed with their attitude; I wish she had just rejected me directly.

IT Business Analyst
First, you'll have an HR call to go over your CV, what salary you're looking for, and so on. If you fit what they're looking for, you'll do a recorded interview. During this, questions will pop up, and you'll have a set time to answer them. They give you practice questions so you know how it works, but when you start for real, you can't go back or redo any question because it'll be saved. If that goes well, they'll set you up to talk with the hiring managers, and the number of interviews depends on when they're free and what exactly they need for the role.
