CX Analyst
The hiring process involved an initial screening call, followed by a presentation, and then a panel interview. The people I spoke with were nice and made me feel engaged, and they did a good job explaining the job and what they were looking for. The questions covered a mix of how I handle situations, technical skills, and things specific to the role, so it was key to have real examples ready and be able to walk through my thought process. A notable part of the process was the presentation, which allowed me to showcase my approach to analyzing things, solving problems, and communicating. I thought the process was a good fit for the role and a fair way to show both my technical abilities and my soft skills. It was a good experience overall. My tips for others would be: Have some solid STAR examples ready, really dig into the job description and role details, and be prepared to explain your approach in a structured, business-oriented way, highlighting both your technical knowledge and how you communicate with people.
- Can you share an instance where you leveraged data to spot a pattern or resolve an issue?
Print Artworker
I had an initial video screening call. The interviewer seemed a bit off, but I knew the brand and the job well. She mentioned I'd be a good fit for the hiring manager interview (the next step), which I thought was good. But then, about a week later, I got an automated rejection email. They said I could email for feedback if I wanted it. I did, but got no reply. It's been since last November, and still no follow-up.
- How do you handle working in a fast-paced environment?
Software Engineer
The interview process involved 3 rounds: first an HR screen, then a pair programming session, and finally a behavioural panel with senior engineers. The pair programming was conducted with a staff engineer, while the behavioural part was with Engineering Managers from the same product group. The behavioural interview was particularly engaging because the interviewers had diverse backgrounds and appreciated my non-traditional experience.
- Can you describe a technical project you contributed to as part of a team?
Customer Assistant
I applied online and completed an assessment. I heard back within 24 hours about an interview and scheduled it. I showed up 10 minutes early for my interview and followed the instructions to find the sign-in point. Everything was fine, and I was taken to a waiting area. However, it was 25 minutes past my interview time, and no one had shown up or told me what was happening. While I know interviews can run late, waiting 25 minutes with no updates is not okay. It shows a lack of respect and is just rude.
