The interview process started with an AI interview that asked several motivation-related questions. These questions were pre-set and not random, making them easy to pass. For example, questions like 'what do you know about our company?' and 'describe a time when you had to think outside of the box and how do you go about it?' were asked.

The interview was online and seemed to go really well, with lots of positive feedback during the process. However, I haven't received any formal feedback, positive or negative, and no indication if I'm moving forward. I'm applying for other roles, and if they're interested, they might miss out. In just over a week with another company, I've had three interviews and received an offer. The interviewers were very pleasant, but given the current pace of roles and candidate availability, they seem to be moving slowly.

First interview was with a peer, who asked about my experience managing categories. HR followed up a week later with no response. Two weeks after that, I followed up again and they still didn't apologize for the delay. They said they'd get back to me after final interviews, which were still TBC. 7 weeks after the interview, I never got any feedback, so I assumed I was ghosted. It was a poor experience from a well-known company, and I wouldn't recommend them.
