You'll do online tests, a telephone interview, and then a graduate assessment day. They have a good recruitment process, but they're more interested in you as a person than your technical skills. They primarily look for motivators. The people interviewing you will be current store or commercial managers. Make sure to ask them a lot of questions about the role. Also, ask how they envision M&S's future.

It was a really chill interview process, everyone was super nice and welcoming. They made me feel totally comfortable and relaxed. The whole thing was way nicer and more open than I thought it would be. Because it was so calm, I didn't get stressed out at all.
