The interview process involved 4 rounds: first, a phone screen with a recruiter, then a call with the Hiring Manager or supervisor. This was followed by a Zoom call with the team and finally a Zoom call with the department head. After these 4 detailed interviews spread over 3 weeks, I was completely ghosted and haven't heard anything back in over a month since our last contact, even after trying to follow up multiple times. I'm incredibly disappointed with how this went and wouldn't recommend it.

This was a new job they were hiring for, so it took some time, but the recruiter kept me updated and was really helpful. I had a phone screen with the recruiter, then a video chat with the hiring manager, followed by a bunch of video interviews with four other people on the team. They asked a lot of questions to check my high-level technical knowledge for the role. Most of the behavioral questions were directly related to the technical skills needed.

The recruiter didn't seem interested during the entire interview and asked some questionable questions. To give some context, I was unemployed for a period due to layoffs. I guess the recruiter wasn't a fan of the gaps in my work history and asked if I was still unemployed, and how I would support myself financially if I wasn't working. They also asked what I hoped to gain from being a teller. Is this appropriate for a phone screening? I got rejected about a week after the phone interview.

I applied on December 10th, 2024 and heard back the same day to schedule a 30-minute phone interview for December 12th, 2024. The interviewer said they'd follow up within a week, but I never heard back. I emailed them, but still no response. As of December 30th, 2024, my application is still under 'Preliminary Review In Progress'. They keep reposting the job with extended deadlines. So, I took a job elsewhere. Their lack of professionalism is disappointing, especially since I had all the necessary licenses and previous industry experience. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time with them.
