Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at KeyBank.
Credit Analyst
I had an initial screen with HR and I thought it went pretty well. They said they would fill the position soon and that I would hear back. I followed up but haven't received any response. Has anyone else experienced this?
- Can you describe a situation you encountered and how you dealt with it?
Asset Manager
It was a fast interview process, just a phone screening and then an in-person with my department. It went pretty smoothly and fast. They also talked a lot about the training program.
- Could you describe your proficiency with Excel?
Asset Manager
It took about two weeks from when I applied to get the first phone call. After talking with HR on the phone, the hiring manager reached out to set up an in-person interview. This office interview involved a panel of 5 managers from different teams within the same department, plus the VP. It was a pretty standard interview, asking me to talk about myself, what I liked about my last job, and what I knew about this role. The process continued with a background check and ultimately an offer.
- Can you tell us about yourself?
- What aspects of your previous role did you find most rewarding?
- What is your understanding of this role?
