Had 3 interviews back to back, first with HR, then the department lead, and finally the manager. The questions were all pretty standard, the kind you can find online easily. It felt like a lot of interviews for this type of role though. After the interviews, they wanted me to do a drug test and a background check.

Behavioral Technical

The interview included a few stages. First, there was a recruiter call, then a phone screen. After that, there was a technical screen to assess my skills. This was followed by an onsite interview where I had to answer questions about how I would handle a situation where a customer's computer crashed, and they were worried about losing their data. I would first try to calm them down and assure them we'd do our best to recover the files. Then, I'd ask some questions about what happened before the crash to help me diagnose the issue and try to retrieve the files. I also mentioned educating customers about backing up their data to prevent future loss. Finally, if all went well, there would be an offer.

I applied online, and the first step was a phone call with a recruiter. After that, I went to a hiring fair where I met with two managers for what felt like an easy and friendly interview. They then asked if I had time to speak with a department manager, who mostly just went over what they already knew and asked a few more questions. She then offered me the job, and I met with a staffing consultant to discuss pay and available shifts.
