Behavioral

The interview process was super painless and enjoyable. The first interview was a 20 min introductory phone call where you discuss a bit of your background and answer a few behavioral questions. After that, there was a second panel interview that lasted around 45 minutes or so with 5 members of the team who each take turns asking questions. There were no real technical questions, just behavioral “tell me about a time when” sorta questions. They also asked about your interest in the role, what makes you stand out among peers, and why you want to work at Key. After the questions are done, you get the chance to ask them some questions. Make sure you prepare some to show your interest in the role. Everyone in the process was nice, and it was easily the best interview experience I have had. After the interview it only took them a few business days to get back to me.

Behavioral Technical

First, there was a phone interview that lasted about 20-30 minutes. It mostly covered behavioral questions like 'tell me about a time you showed leadership?' and a few technical ones like 'how are all financial statements related?'. The second round was a super day with seven 30-minute interviews with various people in the department. Six out of the seven interviews were behavioral, and one was technical.

Behavioral Technical Other

The hiring and interview process was pretty laid back. I got a call from HR where I answered some basic behavioral questions. They told me I'd hear back in a week about whether the hiring manager wanted to interview me or not. I got that call and scheduled the next interview for the following week. I then interviewed with three managers. This interview included behavioral questions, some technical ones, and then I talked with a supervisor to understand the role better. The whole thing took about 90 minutes.
