The interview process started with a language assessment, followed by a manager interview. Everything went well. When you feel confident and speak in a relaxed atmosphere without stress, things tend to go smoothly and nicely. So, just keep doing well and try not to get stressed, speak normally, and enjoy the process.

The process started out great, the recruiting team was really nice during the phone screen and in subsequent emails to set up the interview process. However, it took quite a bit of time to schedule a second interview (2.5 weeks). After the second interview, the hiring manager said they would have a decision in 2 weeks. At the end of 2 weeks, I followed up with the recruiter and was told they were still interviewing and would continue into the following week. The recruiter advised they would follow up once they knew more. 4.5 weeks later I had another offer pending and followed up with no response. 7 weeks later and no follow up either way.

I interviewed for a senior consultant position with the group that was recently acquired from AQN. The interview process was pretty standard and lasted about six hours, covering both hiring manager and behavioral interviews. They asked typical questions and some math problems. The team seemed good. It was really rude that they never called or emailed back after I took time off work (PTO) for four hours of interviews in one day. It felt very disrespectful. I don't mind not getting an offer, but if you're going to waste my time, at least let me know what I could have done or said differently to improve my performance.
