Strategic Partner Manager
The process had five rounds: first HR, then an online test (math, English, logic). After that, I interviewed with the hiring manager, then their boss, and finally a regional manager. The job interviews involved typical technical questions plus a short case study each time. You'd get the offer and salary details only after these five interviews. I found this annoying because the process took weeks, and I hate wasting time if the salary isn't even a fit. The interviews themselves were fair and mostly friendly, though. But after the second job interview, they told me everything went great and I just had a chat with the regional manager, saying it wasn't really an interview but more of a casual meet-and-greet. That wasn't true at all. From the start, the regional manager seemed uninterested, showed up late, didn't engage with my answers, and then turned it into an interview with a case study anyway. A few days later, I got a generic rejection: 'we must regret to inform you that we moved forward with a different candidate..'. Honestly, after 5 rounds, that felt a bit cheeky. The email was from someone I'd never even spoken to. They offered feedback, which I asked for multiple times, but never heard back.

AI Software Engineer
The process for AI Software Engineer started with an initial HR/Recruiter interview. My experience was a bit disappointing due to a few points: Technical focus was lacking, the conversation was almost entirely about the company culture and how 'modern' the company is, with no room to discuss the tech stack or AI challenges. There was an expectation of extreme knowledge, the interviewer seemed annoyed that I didn't know all their business lines in detail; they seem to be looking for a 'fan' of the brand rather than a qualified engineer. Regarding salary expectations, for a Senior profile (+6 years of experience), I mentioned a range around 70k, which seemed to surprise or even scare the interviewer. I recommend clarifying this point from the start to avoid wasting time.

Project Manager
It was a good experience overall. The HR manager was friendly and really seemed to care about finding the right person, which was nice. The whole thing had 4 steps: first, an HR chat, then a Mettl test (which was tough, I'd never seen anything like it and had to spend a week practicing online, it was pretty annoying. It has 3 parts, and the visual reasoning part needs you to be really familiar with that type of puzzle). After that, there was a 30-minute call with the hiring manager, and finally, a 60-minute presentation of a business case to the hiring team (there were three of them). They gave me some feedback that I focused too much on past company projects in my concept and P&L, which was a bit confusing since I thought using public company info was good research. The panel did ask good, engaged questions though.

IOS Engineer
My process included an HR call, a take-home exercise, a technical interview, and a manager chat. However, my process concluded after the third stage. I received detailed feedback. They noted many positives about my background, projects, and the interview itself. Yet, the final decision seemed overly rigid and influenced by minor points we had already discussed and seemed to agree on. Some feedback also stemmed from their misunderstandings. It felt like they expected very specific answers, and if my approach differed, even if correct, they saw it as wrong.
- HR asked typical questions about my background and for culture fit.
- The technical interview revisited my background and included a broad spectrum of technical questions, ranging from very simple to highly specific.
- For example, they asked about the difference between 'let' and 'var'.
