Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Fever.
Intern
Intern
The recruitment process was pretty disappointing. The recruiter was frequently late and didn't provide clear information. I experienced significant delays in getting feedback, which created a lot of uncertainty. What really threw me off was being informed I was moving forward, only to get a rejection without any further interviews. It felt like a waste of my time and left me unsure about how things worked. They really need to improve on being on time, communicating better, and being more upfront about decisions for future candidates.
- What is your availability?
- Are you willing to relocate?
Intern
The process is long, with an interview with HR, people from the department, and the department head. There's also an online test with 3 parts: logical sequence, math, and English. The test is challenging but doable. Communication is good throughout, and they respond quickly.
- Tell me about your motivation.
- What previous experience do you have?
- What are your aptitudes?
