The hiring process felt quite fast initially, with me clearing the first three stages within a couple of weeks. I got to the final stage just before Christmas. During that interview, I was under the impression I might get a response the very next day, but instead, I didn't hear back until late January. I get that finding the right person takes time, but for candidates who make it to the final round, a quick update on the process progress would be appreciated. Frankly, I suspect I only received feedback because I followed up twice via email. If I hadn't, I doubt I'd have heard anything. The process involved three interviews, online assessments, and then more writing tasks, which honestly took up a lot of my time. The recruitment team needs to be more considerate of these situations and recognize that candidates' time is valuable. Keeping them informed about the hiring process, especially those who reach advanced stages, shouldn't be overly complicated.

The interview was pretty straightforward and pleasant. After I passed, I had to complete a Mettl test with 34 questions in 1 hour, including inductive/abstract, numeric, and verbal questions. Some questions were fine, but others were really difficult and needed more time. Most of the questions, except the verbal ones, were not relevant to the job description. It's a strange test and could prevent the company from hiring talented people.
