Technical Case Behavioral

The process had five rounds: first HR, then an online test (math, English, logic). After that, I interviewed with the hiring manager, then their boss, and finally a regional manager. The job interviews involved typical technical questions plus a short case study each time. You'd get the offer and salary details only after these five interviews. I found this annoying because the process took weeks, and I hate wasting time if the salary isn't even a fit. The interviews themselves were fair and mostly friendly, though. But after the second job interview, they told me everything went great and I just had a chat with the regional manager, saying it wasn't really an interview but more of a casual meet-and-greet. That wasn't true at all. From the start, the regional manager seemed uninterested, showed up late, didn't engage with my answers, and then turned it into an interview with a case study anyway. A few days later, I got a generic rejection: 'we must regret to inform you that we moved forward with a different candidate..'. Honestly, after 5 rounds, that felt a bit cheeky. The email was from someone I'd never even spoken to. They offered feedback, which I asked for multiple times, but never heard back.

Behavioral Other

I found a job on LinkedIn and applied. The first interview was with a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The interviewer was late by almost 10 minutes and spoke really fast in English, seemed impatient, like they didn't want to be there. This wasn't the only issue, I had an interview back in 2022 and failed the test, which felt abstract and not related to the job. The company claims to be creative but their hiring is rigid. I was told I'd have to redo the test if I passed the interview, but I never got that chance. With 5+ years experience negotiating partnerships, I think Fever missed out on a good candidate. Fever needs to fix its hiring process.

I went through a series of remote interviews (the company was flexible and understanding because I was living abroad): HR, a case study with a manager, a case study with my future manager, and a final interview with the France director. Everything flowed well.
