Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Fever.
Creative Manager
I had two interviews: one with the talent acquisition team and another, longer one with the hiring manager. It was more of a conversation where they explained how they operate and the sector I would be working in.
- Can you tell me about an area you're interested in developing further and one where you already have strong skills?
Senior Manager
There are several steps, but they aren't clearly defined. First is an interview with HR. Second are the tests. Third is an interview with the Hiring Manager to understand the role. Then I get the tests.
- I struggled because the tests are filmed and recorded in audio, which I don't think is GDPR compliant.
- The feedback timeline is lengthy.
- I find it difficult to envision myself in the role without understanding its full scope, which I'd only get after the tests.
Manager
First there was one interview, then an online assessment (mettle test). Scored 70% and did not pass. The most important part of the test is the abstract reasoning, around 10 questions, and then there's also 10 and 10 for math and text understanding.
