Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Fever.
Technical Recruiter
It was a quick interview process with 3 stages. First was an initial recruiter call, then a panel interview with a case study, and finally a meeting with the director. The experience was enjoyable and the people were friendly, and the case study was good.
- What aspects of recruiting do you enjoy the most?
Talent Acquisition Specialist
I got an email after applying and we scheduled a first interview. Then, I had to reschedule it two more times due to issues with the interview link. The first time, they said they were in a traffic jam and sent the link late. The second time, they didn't send the link at all and I had to ask for it again, and only got it 5 minutes after the interview started. Once the interview started, it felt rushed. They asked me some typical questions about my experience. When I asked about inclusion or mental health in the company culture, I got red flags and felt the atmosphere was uncomfortable. I later got an automatic rejection email. It was a really bad hiring process.
- Can you tell me about your experience?
- What do you know about Fever?
Talent Acquisition Specialist
Applied on LinkedIn and the next day got a call from the Talent Manager. Had a quick 10-15 min chat and set up a proper interview on Google Meets for another day. During the interview, she really went into detail about the company, its team growth, and what to expect if I joined. When we finished, she sent a link for an online psychometric test, saying it's part of the process. I did the test over the weekend. On Monday, got another call to set up a final interview with the VP. After that one, about 2-3 days later, they sent an offer.
- Can you tell me about your current responsibilities?
- What kind of candidate profiles do you usually recruit?
- Describe your process management style.
